At Luma Textiles, we are committed to delivering high-quality textiles that meet your design and performance expectations. To ensure transparency and clarity, please read our refund, cancellation, and return policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only with written consent from Luma Textiles.
- Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been cut, treated, backed, packed, or shipped.
- If a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Email sales@lumatextiles.com with your order number and reason.
2. Return Policy
- Request a Return Authorization within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Hirana, Panadura, Western Province, Sri Lanka at your expense.
- A 30% restocking fee applies.
- Goods must be:
- Uncut
- Untreated (no backing or finishes)
- In original, sellable condition
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Cut/customized fabrics
- Modified or installed materials
- Discontinued products
- Refund/store credit is processed within 10–15 business days after inspection.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report damage within 7 business days of delivery.
- Include detailed photos and descriptions.
- We’ll arrange a refund or replacement based on the situation.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom orders (special finishes/backing)
- Samples
- Sale/clearance items
- Returns without RA approval
- Orders that are processed for certain promotions and discounts.
5. How to Request a Return or Cancellation
Email our customer service at sales@lumatextiles.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return/cancellation
- Relevant photos
