Samples are available and recommended before placing bulk or custom orders.
All fabric specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are not binding until accepted by Luma Textiles in writing.
Full payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Returns must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery.
A Return Authorization (RA) is required. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Cancellations are accepted only with prior written consent. No cancellations allowed once fabric is cut, backed, finished, or shipped.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.
Each promotional code is valid for a limited time and may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned.
We reserve the right to cancel any promotional campaign or reject discount code misuse at our discretion.
